bnbistanbul.com is a curated digital showcase and direct contact channel for independent property managers: Halim Ustabaş, Mesut Ağbayır, Kemal Baştuji, Mehmet Alper, and Batuhan Polat. It is not a corporate body, legal partnership, travel agency, or booking platform. The site does not process payments or direct reservations. Throughout this website and these terms, references to “we”, “our”, or “us” apply strictly and individually to the respective independent manager contracting for that specific property, and never to a centralized corporate entity, joint venture, or commercial partnership called BNB Istanbul. Each manager operates under his own registered enterprise and is responsible solely for contracts and services he personally undertakes.
No binding offer
Photos, architectural descriptions, and all other materials are presented solely for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes a legally binding offer, formal commercial quote, or performance guarantee. Any management, co-hosting, or lease relationship is established exclusively through a separate written agreement entered into directly with the relevant manager. BNB Istanbul is not a party to that agreement.
Intellectual property
All photography, editorial texts, and design elements belong to the relevant manager or designated rights holders. They may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, or republished without prior written permission.
Third-party tools
External messaging tools (such as WhatsApp), email providers, and web hosting services operate independently. Their operational uptime and platform policies remain outside our direct control.
Limitation of liability
